Job interview from 2 weeks ago: I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from these people. No rejection letter. No "you're hired".

I think it's rather rude, actually. If they don't want to hire me, then please just send me the rejection letter and move on. If they are thinking of hiring me, I'd like to know that too.
I am about THISCLOSE to being done with them.
However.....
Just as I'm about to think that I am completely unemployable .... I have another job interview. This is for a different job than the one mentioned above. In all honesty, it is probably a better job. The phone interview is Monday morning.
