For a mere $5, residents of New Orleans were able to dunk members of city council and a FEMA guy on Saturday afternoon.

Too bad Mayor Ray Nagin and Gov. Blanco were too chicken to get dunked. They probably deserved it more than anyone, especially Blanco. :) Oh, and that ex-FEMA guy....what was his name....Brown....yeah, he needed to be there too.
And the tennis balls used for dunking -- they should have been free. But still, it's a great idea.
I think the next time the mayor or city council here in T-town screws up we should do the same thing. An added bonus -- it's MUCH colder here.
