Why do people (read: obnoxious teens whose parents are obviously NOT parenting) find it necessary (and amusing) to shoot off small, yet very annoying fireworks in the middle of residential streets?
Go off and find yourself a nice, empty field or parking lot if you must be stupid and annoying.
Just stop practicing your stupidity outside my daughter's bedroom windows.
