Friday's Feast is back! And it's HOT!

Appetizer: When you drink soda/pop/coke, do you prefer to drink it from the bottle, a can, or after pouring it into a cup?
I usually pour it in a glass/cup with 2 ice cubes. Yes, just two.

Soup: What television show are you willing to stay up late to watch?
Last week I stayed up to watch the season finale of "Lost". But normally, I won't stay up late just to watch a regular episode. I need my sleep.

Salad: Name one person, place, or thing you think of as brilliant.
I think my dad is brilliant.

Main Course: Would you be willing to work 4 10-hour days instead of 5 8-hour days in order to save gas?
I already work 4 days a week...but it's in Bowling Green, OH...so I'm not saving gas.

Dessert: If you were a superhero, what would you call yourself?
I would be SuperMama. Able to wipe away boogies in a single swipe of the hand, change diapers with my eyes closed and have dinner ready in a flash!

Join in the feast! :)

  1. Appetizer: Usually in a cup with ice. Sometimes from a can, if it's a super cold can.

Soup: I must be old - I can't think of one. It used to be Saturday Night Live.

Salad: The movie - Across the Universe. Brilliant. Genius. Amazing.

Main Course: Yes, but more for the 3 days off than to save gas.

Dessert: Comma Queen. My talent would be putting villains in their place by correcting their grammar.

  2. Drinking:
I am the same!! ....I like pop with 2 ice cubes only! I will drink it from a can if the pop is cold or I am outside. side note: Until about 5 years ago I use to only drink room temp. pop - gross!

    TV:
I typically don't stay up for anything! but the past few weeks I have been going to bed and watching things on our DVR until about 11:30 or 12. Ghost Hunters, top chef, Kimora life in the fast lane (don't judge), clean house...whatever looks good.

    Brilliant:
My husband. The way his mind works is truly amazing.

    Work:
Um, HELL YEAH! I LOVE three days off! In regards to doing to save gas - I guess that is an extra bonus but not the reason I would do it.

    Superhero:
Metabolic Girl! I would have the best metabolism ever! I could eat whatever I want and never work out and never gain an ounce!

  3. Soda Drink Preference: I drink Diet Pepsi, really cold, from the can.

Late Night Sacrifice: I would stay up late for the Office or Flight of the Conchords

Brilliance: there is this one quiet spot in Alaska that i'd like to sit in forever. it's brilliantly peaceful.

Work Shift Change to Save Gas: In fact, I'm working from home today. Yes, I would work 4 10-hour days to save gas.

Superhero Name: It would have to do with quick emailing, because my turnaround time on emails at work is PHENOMENAL!

  4. Appetizer: I'm fine with drinking a cold can of pop after cleaning the top off, of course!

Soup: What television show are you willing to stay up late to watch?
The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. I think he's absolutely hilarious!

Salad: Neil Gaiman. I've read three of his novels, with more to come, and I think he is a genius.

Main Course: I would definitely work four 10-hour work days, but it would be to have a three day weekend, not to save gas.

Dessert: I think I would be Abacus, the Human Calculator. Able to figure out the square root of large numbers in her head and save waiters and waitresses from bad tippers (I can hear the crowds screaming it now: Abacus! Abacus! Abacus! Or are they screaming 'Attica! Attica!'? I can't tell).

  5. Appetizer: When you drink soda/pop/coke, do you prefer to drink it from the bottle, a can, or after pouring it into a cup?
I prefer it to be fountain soda in a cup.

Soup: What television show are you willing to stay up late to watch?
30 Rock (That's late when your baby is up at 5am)

Salad: Name one person, place, or thing you think of as brilliant.
I'll give all three: My stepfather, NYC, and cheese.

Main Course: Would you be willing to work 4 10-hour days instead of 5 8-hour days in order to save gas?
I don't care for working either one, but if Ms. Bee were older I'd work 4 days just to have 3 days off, forget the gas.

Dessert: If you were a superhero, what would you call yourself?
I would be Catwoman and Athena would be Kitten. We could leap stupid people in a single bound.

pop/soda from Can or glass. If it's in a can, I like a coozie on it.

TV show We get the east-coast feed of direct TV so really I don't have to stay up late to watch anything.

    brilliant
    The creator of the iPod.

    working
I would love to work four 10 hour days and be done for the week but with my boss, that ain't happening. He'd prefer 10 hour days everyday.

    superhero
I'm not good with this stuff.

  7. Appetizer: When you drink soda/pop/coke, do you prefer to drink it from the bottle, a can, or after pouring it into a cup?
I don't buy it, but if I do I prefer a fountain drink. I don't know there is just something about a coke from McDonald's.

Soup: What television show are you willing to stay up late to watch?
Everything here is usually on pretty early so I would have to say SNL.

Salad: Name one person, place, or thing you think of as brilliant.
My friend Lori. She has great comedic timing!

Main Course: Would you be willing to work 4 10-hour days instead of 5 8-hour days in order to save gas?
    I already work 4 10's. Love it.

Dessert: If you were a superhero, what would you call yourself?
The Female Flame, because of my red hair. I'm on fire baby!

  8. Appetizer: When you drink soda/pop/coke, do you prefer to drink it from the bottle, a can, or after pouring it into a cup?

From a can and it must be very cold.

Soup: What television show are you willing to stay up late to watch?

The Office. What Not to Wear.

Salad: Name one person, place, or thing you think of as brilliant.

My girlfriends from college. All of them.

Main Course: Would you be willing to work 4 10-hour days instead of 5 8-hour days in order to save gas?

If I worked full-time and in a different town I would definitely work 4 10-hour days. As it is, I only work 3 days a week and my office is within walking distance (a 15 minute walk, probably) of where I live.

Dessert: If you were a superhero, what would you call yourself?

I don't know what my name would be, but my talent would be making things happen at the snap of my finger - weeding outside, snap.... done, cleaning my house, snap.... done.

  9. Pop: Out of a can. Its better that way. :)

TV show: Lost. I TIVO it. But I still stay up late to watch it.

    Brilliant: My husband. Really.

Work: If I had a reason to, it wouldn't be to save gas.

Superhero: Supersleeper. I'd take naps a lot.

  10. Appetizer: I am hopelessly addicted to Coke Polar Pops from Circle K. If I drink pop from a can, it just doesn't taste as good.

Soup: I don't really have any shows that I have to watch. If I'm up late and want to watch something, I usually catch up on The Tudors on demand.

Salad: I think Dr. Michael Ward is brillant. He was the superintendent at the school district I used to work for. He was so kind and smart. A visionary.

Main Course: YES! But only to have a three-day weekend! My office is only about nine miles from my house, so thankfully, I don't burn through a ton of gas.

Dessert: Craftster Master Time Zapper. My talent would be not only making crafts, but making them in lightening speed, so that I can do all of the projects that I want to do, wicked quick!

  11. Pop drinking: When I drink pop, I like fountain pop too. Freckleface is right, McDonald's has the best Coke.

Stay up late for: Late Show with David Letterman.

    Brilliant: The writers of LOST.

    4 10-hour days: Hell yeah!

Superhero: I would be the rogue and acquire the abilities that everyone else has mentioned thus far.
