Happy Leap Day - Friday's Feast

Appetizer: Who was the last person you hugged?
My husband.

Soup: Share a beauty or grooming trick or tip with us.
Oh here's one my nail tech told me - use Neosporin on your cuticles and they will look lovely.

Salad: What does the color yellow make you think of?
Sunshine.

Main Course: If you were to make your living as a photographer, what subject would your pictures revolve around?
Travel destinations. That way I could get paid to travel the world. :) But I would only go to warm places.

Dessert : What was the longest book you ever read?
"War and Peace" (seriously, I'm not making this up. We had to read it in AP English Lit in high school). Or "Anna Karenina" (I remember that was rather long too). [Others include "The Stand" by Stephen King, the last 3 "Harry Potter" books, and several Anne Rice novels].

OK, so Happy Leap Day everyone! Join in the fun of the Feast, won't you?

Beauty: I don't really have too many tricks but I swear by Pure Vitamin E Oil (the thicker stuff). If I have a breakout, dry skin, and I even heard that it is great when pregnant for stretch marks....just a couple dots and you won't believe the difference! It is amazing!

Yellow: Right now I agree, the sun. We need it!

Photographer: Travel! I love scenery pics/destination pics! I also love just pics of clouds...don't know how much of career you can make on just cloud pictures!!

    Book: HA, Harry Potter

    My daughter Athena.

In the winter time mix a little moisturizer with your foundation and your skin will look as dewy as it does in the summer. Also, use a highlighter instead of concealer under your eyes and you'll look more awake. This is what I do for a living... I've got A MILLION.

Salad: What does the color yellow make you think of?
    Lemonade

My pictures already revolve around Athena, so all I need is someone to start paying me for it. Or brides. I LOVE wedding pictures.

Dessert : What was the longest book you ever read?
A book called Swan Song. I spent such a long time with this book I was actually sad when it was over. I felt like a friend was gone. I get oddly attached to books though.

    Trophy Life!

    Beauty/Grooming Trick
Stop washing your hair everyday! Do it every other day (or every 2 days). It may be "extra oily" at first, but I'm telling you - it will regulate itself and you'll have your best hair days ever.

    Yellow
Lemons. Which makes me think of iced tea.

    Photographer
    Um. Dogs.

    Longest book
Hmmm.... I"m not too sure. I'll have to think about this one.

Beauty tip: (I sure could use that Neosporin trick! Oh... and what is a highlighter???? I shouldn't be giving any advice in this area!) But my tip is: I think only 20% of the population (mostly moviestars) look good with eyeliner UNDER their eyes.

    Yellow: Yep, sunshine.

    Photographer: scenic views in nature.

Longest book: I like books but I never read huge ones. So I don't think I have one. Someday I'll get through the whole bible, I guess.
